Maintenance frequency will depend on the equipment and systems you have. Talk to one of our technicians and they will give you advice specific to your needs.

Do you offer service outside of your listed service area?

Yes. Depending on where you are located we may be able to service you. Additional charges may apply. Let us know where you are located and we’ll let you know if we can help.

Do you provide same-day service?

Yes, we guarantee same day service for our Comfort Club members. If you aren’t a Comfort Club member, please contact us with your needs and we will let you know how quickly we can get to you.

What are your regular hours?

Our office is open from 7:30-4:30pm. Our technicians are available outside of these hours if scheduled in advance.

Do you provide after-hour emergency service?

Yes! Please call 604.770.2040.

Do you service all brands?

Yes, we service any and all brands.

Will you quote me a price in advance?

Yes, for most jobs we can send you an estimated cost before beginning the work.

Do I have to be at home when you come?

It will depend on the job. But as long as we have access to your home or business, it may not be necessary for you to be there.
