And who says Valentine’s Day is only for lovers?! Sometimes we need a little reminder to give our family and friends a little extra care and love…what better day than Valentine’s day to show your appreciation? And remember it’s the little things that count! It could be a sweet card, a bouquet of flowers, a home cooked meal, a steamy cup of hot chocolate (see recipe below), an offer to take care of the chores this week or some other simple act to show you care. A little bit of mindfulness goes a long way!
